Ela tem o papel de produzir, sistematizar e analisar informa\u00e7\u00f5es territoriais, socioecon\u00f4micas e sobre as situa\u00e7\u00f5es de vulnerabilidade e risco da popula\u00e7\u00e3o, com o objetivo de subsidiar o planejamento, a gest\u00e3o e a oferta de servi\u00e7os socioassistenciais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Base Legal da Vigil\u00e2ncia Socioassistencial no SUAS:<br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udcdc 1. Lei Org\u00e2nica da Assist\u00eancia Social (LOAS) \u2013 Lei n\u00ba 8.742\/1993<br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Define os objetivos da Assist\u00eancia Social e estabelece a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o do SUAS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A vigil\u00e2ncia \u00e9 prevista como uma das fun\u00e7\u00f5es da pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica de assist\u00eancia social.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Art. 2\u00ba e Art. 6\u00ba-B, especialmente, destacam a vigil\u00e2ncia socioassistencial como componente da gest\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udcdc 2. Pol\u00edtica Nacional de Assist\u00eancia Social (PNAS\/2004)<br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Estabelece as diretrizes da pol\u00edtica de assist\u00eancia social.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reconhece a vigil\u00e2ncia socioassistencial como uma das fun\u00e7\u00f5es da prote\u00e7\u00e3o social, ao lado da prote\u00e7\u00e3o social e da defesa de direitos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Destaca sua import\u00e2ncia no monitoramento de demandas, territ\u00f3rios e p\u00fablicos priorit\u00e1rios.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udcdc 3. Norma Operacional B\u00e1sica do SUAS (NOB\/SUAS 2012)<br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reafirma a vigil\u00e2ncia como instrumento de gest\u00e3o.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Define suas compet\u00eancias, como a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de indicadores, mapeamento de vulnerabilidades e subs\u00eddio \u00e0 gest\u00e3o da informa\u00e7\u00e3o no SUAS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udcdc 4. Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o CNAS n\u00ba 07\/2009<br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Institui a Vigil\u00e2ncia Socioassistencial como uma fun\u00e7\u00e3o da pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica de assist\u00eancia social.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estabelece os fundamentos e objetivos da vigil\u00e2ncia no SUAS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trata da estrutura\u00e7\u00e3o e financiamento dessa fun\u00e7\u00e3o no \u00e2mbito municipal, estadual e federal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udcdc 5. Tipifica\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional dos Servi\u00e7os Socioassistenciais \u2013 Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o CNAS n\u00ba 109\/2009<br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Estabelece os servi\u00e7os e suas ofertas no SUAS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A vigil\u00e2ncia subsidia a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o e reordenamento desses servi\u00e7os com base nos dados dos territ\u00f3rios.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fun\u00e7\u00f5es da Vigil\u00e2ncia Socioassistencial:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de padr\u00f5es de vulnerabilidade e risco social;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mapeamento de territ\u00f3rios priorit\u00e1rios;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitoramento da oferta e cobertura dos servi\u00e7os socioassistenciais;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Subsidiar o planejamento e avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da pol\u00edtica de assist\u00eancia social;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apoio \u00e0 tomada de decis\u00e3o e \u00e0 aloca\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mapeamento das \u00c1reas de interesse P\u00fablico em Rio Claro &#8211;
