{"id":2657,"date":"2025-04-15T12:18:08","date_gmt":"2025-04-15T15:18:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/desenvolvimentosocial.rc.sp.gov.br\/?p=2657"},"modified":"2025-06-03T10:18:55","modified_gmt":"2025-06-03T13:18:55","slug":"comissao-de-enfrentamento-ao-trabalho-infantil-de-rio-claro-participa-de-capacitacao-com-apoio-do-mpt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/desenvolvimentosocial.rc.sp.gov.br\/?p=2657","title":{"rendered":"Comiss\u00e3o de Enfrentamento ao Trabalho Infantil de Rio Claro participa de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o com apoio do MPT"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>No dia 14 de abril de 2025, a Comiss\u00e3o Municipal de Erradica\u00e7\u00e3o do Trabalho Infantil de Rio Claro se reuniu na Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Social para participar de uma capacita\u00e7\u00e3o remota promovida pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Trabalho, por meio do Projeto MPT na Escola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A forma\u00e7\u00e3o teve como objetivo qualificar os membros da comiss\u00e3o, promovendo reflex\u00f5es e contribuindo para a desconstru\u00e7\u00e3o de ideias naturalizadas sobre o trabalho infantil. Al\u00e9m disso, a capacita\u00e7\u00e3o abordou estrat\u00e9gias para a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de casos, o correto encaminhamento e a garantia da prote\u00e7\u00e3o integral de crian\u00e7as e adolescentes que vivenciam essa viola\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Comiss\u00e3o Municipal \u00e9 composta por profissionais que atuam nas pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas voltadas \u00e0 promo\u00e7\u00e3o e garantia dos direitos da inf\u00e2ncia e juventude. Conta ainda com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o efetiva do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo e do Poder Judici\u00e1rio. Entre suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es, est\u00e3o o diagn\u00f3stico de situa\u00e7\u00f5es de viola\u00e7\u00e3o de direitos, a articula\u00e7\u00e3o de a\u00e7\u00f5es intersetoriais, a preven\u00e7\u00e3o e o fortalecimento das pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas municipais no enfrentamento ao trabalho infantil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default
